The below chart is from the CIA factbook. I don't think the CIA has any interest in making a particular Somali clan look bigger than they actually are or bigger than another clan.

If you inhabit a large land area, that does not make you large in number; one has to consider the population density. With 20, 22 and 25% there is not much between the clans.

Honestly are you that dense?

If you take a close look at the map that you have posted to proof how Darood are smaller than Hawiye and Idoor you will realize the map clearly says Somalia and doesn't include Darood's from Ethiopia and Kenya. If you look at the same map you have posted Ethiopia and kenya are largely inhabited by Darood's. Darood are the largest tribe in Somalia, and they also inhabit the largest geographical area in east Africa as well.

The ironic thing here is that, the map you posted contradicts your claims.
