yesterday, when Saiful ul Qaddafi being interviewed by aljazeera about the usage of "black mecenaries", he said to the reporter, " half the population of libya is black". What tribes are predominantly black?

I wish i had a chance to visit Libya prior to the destruction. Would have been nice to visit a border town between Berbers and Touareg. I hope peace returns.
