I don't see a problem with 40% of the aid going to SOmaliland. I mean where else would it go; the TFG only controls the uninhabited 50% of mogadishu

Seriously where owuld that money be spent. Somewhere where no NGO agencies can go They still get 60% of the aid so what's the big deal. They also get aid from various Arab and European countries in addition to the U.S that SOmaliland has no access to. Do they want exclusive aid

Even still, the TFG controls very limited land so basically 60% goes to Puntland and Galmudug How much of this 60% is used for the TFG's war effort. Plus, we're only talking about U.K aid
