I thought building work was frozen pending an investigation into how the Cidagale man who owns it obtained it?

It was sorted out. The building will belong to that Cidagalle businessman for the next 40 years and the government will get some cut from lacagta ka so baxda theatreka. It was on togaherernews a while back explaining how the dispute came to an end.

Alxamdulilah. Manshallah. Walahi i'm so proud; what an amazing sight  :D

Somaliland as a country needs to think about the next steps or stages of development. We need to continue focusing on quanity of students put through education but also improve the quality.

We then need to think about higher education. Each of these students should have higher education. These skills need to be practical and theoretical, they need to be applicable to our country. We also need to create jobs for our young people.

Inshallah more success to come.

 :sland: :D

---

I wonder what the literacy rate in Somaliland is today. Considering that 48% of the population is under the age of 14, over the next few years this figure should continue to increase inshallah.

juzme123. The literacy rate of Somaliland rose from 20 percent in 1991 to 45 percent in 2010. It's predicted to be 75 per cent by 2015.
