even though i am not a big fan of cops i still feel sorry for this dude. what the heck was he doing? i didn't know some cops were that naive, given their daily encounters with all kinds of criminals.
is that how they supposed to set up or throw spike strips? i thought they were supposed to do that a head of time or before the speeder sees it.
he made a big mistake and will likely regret the rest of his life.
