wallaahi this is ridiculous. even the white man found their behavior unislamic. kulaha "we chew khat because it allows us to pray together and it solves our problems" yeah only when the drug is in their system...then their problems are solved because they are in another world. again when their body becomes clean, they will sit and chew khat so that they can pray together and, again, their problems will be solved. it is a circle that will never end.

This is the dark side of ignorance.

They are chanting suufi rituals while high on qaat. I see the Islamic dawah has not really reached that area.

Meles must like these kind of muslims, passive and inactive who see themselves as Ethiopians first and Muslims second.
