I love subscribing to their magazine; an interesting compilation of neo-orientalism and old world histography. Mostly deals with Arab and Muslim civilizations from the steps of Central Asia to West Africa and beyond. The latest issue has a rather interesting article about Zanzibar and its relation to Shangaani district in old Muqdisho. Subscription is free and mostly for institutions or schools and in some cases students. Probably the only thing that I look forward to in the mail these days.

Have u seen their online stuff? Last time I checked they had a very nice Somali gallery, full of photos from the 70's and 80's, not to mention tons and tons of cultural artifacts. Worth Checking out.
