I know Mr.Tiicey from Minnesota he is a good guy that did alot of great stuff for his people (Ximaan & Xeeb).

ASAk brother Somaliland State of Somalia is what he is adovating every people for themselves decentralization so no one feels left out no more qaabila 4.5. Listen to this good man.
