My cousin just moved back his family from Nairobi onto my fathers plantation outside Kismaayo in Kamatiireey. He really likes it there. He is trying to grow figs to export.

Many families had their farms burned and minorities had their livestock and wealth stolen from them by marauding clan militias prior to Al Shabab Mujahideen. Now my family farm in Afgooye is very good!!
