I don't get why the TFG can not play hardball against the Shababist scum. Why can't Sheik Sharif make those same blood curling calls for Jihaad just like when he was in the UIC ? Why can't he read the same qurufat to get men to enlist to fight for his cause like he did with the UIC ?

Seriously, the TFG is too of a pussified authority and needs to go on the same rampage and let some gangsterlike leader take charge:

1. Seizure of Shababi funding organization

2. Legalizing Bililiqo of all Shababi funders, sympathizers

3. Creating public bounties for Shababi leaders

4. Mobilizing a Suufi Awakening Movement where cash will be dispatched to groups that fight Shababis.

5. Issuing arrest warrants for all Shababi supporters overseas and having them shipped back to Xamar to serve hard labor in General Indocaade's prison..

6. Pouring vast resources into the Suufi heartlands of Central Somalia to push Shababis from Xarardheere, Ceelbur etc.

7. Paying the TFG armies based on how successful they are in seizing territory.

Sometimes I believe General Indocaade would be much more successful as President than Sheik Sharif the Usurper. I can see Gen. Indocaade issuing a Tony Montana speech on UNIVERSAL TV with his AK-47 on the table demanding for the heads of Godane, Mansuur etc.

Instead we have a timid Usurper who can't make a speech to save his life.

Because SOmalis r not dumb people. They see through Sheikh Shariff. It was all good and well making those speeches during the icu, but this is the same guy who left his men in the jungle and ended up on the other side. He was never a military man or a man willing to stick to his principles. Somalis aren't stupid! Well, not entirely.
