Allah Almighty did mention dinosaurs in the Noble Quran. While the word "dinosaurs" is a modern word that refers to the gigantic animals that existed perhaps millions of years ago, Allah Almighty referred to all created "beasts" as "dabbah". A "dabbah" in the Noble Quran consists of all animals, including the dinosaurs.
As I said, the fossil record gives evidence of the existence of dinosaurs. Intact fossils have been unearthed, and their very large footprints have been discovered as well. According to the evolutionists, dinosaurs lived hundreds of millions of years ago, becoming extinct 60 million years before humans walked the earth. There is no science behind the age approximations though, and they actually contradict the fossil record. Scientists in the former Soviet Union, as well as in Arizona, have unearthed dinosaur tracks and human tracks in the same layers of the same rock. This would be impossible if dinosaurs had died out millions of years before man.

God created dinosaurs, just as he created man. Evidence indicates that dinosaurs were wiped out by the flood. Did Noah take dinosaurs on the ark? The Bible tells us that Noah did what he was told, so that indicates that he did indeed bring dinosaurs on the ark. Some species of dinosaurs were quite aquatic, and would not have needed to ride on the ark. As for the others, Noah probably selected young dinosaurs. He would have done this for two reasons: young dinosaurs would be smaller, and thus more suited to life on the ark, and they would also present the best choices for being able to reproduce after the flood. Why did they then die after the flood? Probably due to the scarcity of the foods that were previously staple nutrients for the dinosaurs.

One of the oldest books of the Bible – Job – mentions creatures that were most likely dinosaurs. The book of Job was probably written around 2,000 years before Jesus was born. The Bible's best description of a dinosaur-like animal is recorded in Job chapter 40. "Look at the behemoth, which I made along with you and which feeds on grass like an ox. What strength he has in his loins, what power in the muscles of his belly! His tail sways like a cedar; the sinews of his thighs are close-knit. His bones are tubes of bronze, his limbs like rods of iron. He ranks first among the works of God..."(Job 40:15-19) The behemoth were not afraid. They did not need to be; they were huge. Their tails were so long and strong that God compared them to cedars - one of the largest and most spectacular trees of the ancient world. Some Bible scholars think this passage refers to elephants or hippopotami. This is incongruent with the description though, as elephants and hippopotami have tails like ropes or cords, not like “cedars” as described in Job. The next chapter of Job talks about another huge, fierce animal – a sea monster named Leviathan. It was not a whale or crocodile, because the Hebrew language had other words to describe such animals. Leviathan may be a plesiosaur – a large, seagoing reptile that evolutionists say became extinct 60 million years before man evolved.

The evolutionists have certainly identified more species of dinosaur than ever actually lived. Evolutionists too often use partial skeletons to develop artistic renditions of some amazing creatures. Archaeopteryx was, for a long time, championed as a transitional form between reptiles and birds. Even evolutions now dispute that claim, as fossils of modern birds have been discovered in deeper layers of the earth. Furthermore, many skeletons have been fashioned from bones found fifty feet apart and dozens of feet separated in depth!

Dinosaurs did exist. They did not evolve over millions of years, though. They sprang suddenly onto the planet, probably on the same day during which God created man. Dinosaurs became extinct almost as suddenly. Evolutionists who insist that dinosaurs evolved cannot support that claim, as there are no transitional forms (fossils that show one species changing to another) to submit into evidence
