You have every right to defend your uncle and i would defend him as the best person to run the affairs of Gerowe but he is unfit to assume any position seen as a promotion after the state he has left puntland in. He will cause more damage then good if given the opportunity to lead in the aftermath of the TFG come Aug2011. We need less warlords and selfish brutes, we need people that think with their brains and people like him and sharif should never be given the chance to represent a flock of goats let alone an entire people in a failed state for 20years.

It was just earlier this year when the U.N. Special Envoy Praised and Pledged Support for Puntland.

"I have been longing to come and meet the people, make friends, and explain why I am here as your partner for peace," Ambassador Mahiga said. "I have been longing to come and see the viability of Puntland State."

He commended Puntland for "fighting international terrorism" and urged leaders to consolidate peace and security with economic development and opportunities for youth.

With Farole Puntland has built on its 12 year-old foundation of peace and the world as is clear by the head of UNPOS has recognized that fact.
