How come it say's there are only Two Hospital's operating? Plus who control's Medina Hospital Al Shabab? Cause i thought women were not allowed to work by them.

^ Banadir Hospital was free, but Medina Hospital you had to pay for Maternity.

man this hospital deserves an international acknowledgment you cant imagine how many wounded or dead people they recieve every day with their limited medical vacilities
