you will graduate with a 3.9 GPA to find yourself loosing a vacant job to a high school holder who has more experienced. It has happen to me twice. The Key is, When you say you have learn business admin or Human resources, There is nothing you can do that an ordinary person can't do. I wish the clock would turn back to 5 years. I have wasted 5 years of shovelling snow in the morning, studying till 1am for an examp and paying thousands of dollars for my degree to find out it is just a peace of crap when I finished it. If you are less than 3 years into business admin or human resource degree, good man drop it and go learn something that would help me in your future. I told an inteviewer one time, I have learn management in school bla bla bla. He was like, " You learn management by working with people and managing people not from theories you learnt in school."

It is fun and easy to learn but you have Zero chance of succeeding in it. Maybe If you do MBA then it is possible in aad xoogaa shaah kuhesho. I thought I would share incase it saves another somalian from making the same mistake that I made.

it is true sxb. bill gates is a high school drop out but he leads microsoft successfully. You don't need any college degree to be a successful business leader. it only need good leadership skills and thinking. wuxu maaha wax labarto. waa oon si lofikiro.

A degree *including a Masters* is worth nothing nowadays.. AlhamdulilAh I have experience and a contract job *running out soon though* But aint no one hiring nowadays...

Most Masters programs provide you with on-site training and internships.

Only like a couple percent of the United States population has a Masters degree. Its not as common as it may be on your side of the pond.

In my neck of the woods, most Somali graduate girls are going straight into Nursing, what they don't know is Nursing is a very nasty job not to mention demanding, and you will meet all kinda bitches along the way, I guess it depends on how you look it.

A full time Masters degree normally takes a full year to complete in the UK.. I guess that's why its more common over here.. Plus they dont offer onsite training/internship *well mine didn't*...
