Yo before I buy bur, I need to know how can I tell midka faxaayo iyo midka faxeeynin.

I know there's a label on it but point it out folks and help a brotha out.

Yes there is a label on it, if you want a regular bur just go for all purpose flour, but if you are looking for midka faxao go for the self rising flour, it all depends on what you are looking for, and what you are planning to make, are you planning to cook?

I believe faxaayo means self rising, like hit and run, my Somali isn't all that great sadly.

Are you trying to make canjeero mise dummies,if canjeero get the self rising red label..hadii aad dummies rabto any flour will do just use alot of baking soda

Canjeerto is really easy to make, just make sure birtaa inay kaga dhagin, heat it up a bit and wipe it with a lil salid, than start making the canjeero.

thnx for the info..but my problem is that i dont know how to make it thin and light...i will use the whole full cup to make one big fat canjeero

Use a very small cup, do you know these little cups that carabta use for qahwa, kuwaas oo kale isticmaal, and while putting it on birtaa go very light on small circles and cover it for 50 seconds or so, depending on the type of heat you are using.
