Let me get this straight, Your blaming the new Kulmiye goverment for the Severe drought,the existence anti-peace groups in the east and pirates of the coast of Puntland. SMH

Its good to have mucarid but to be mucarid just for mucarids sake is not good, Silanyo's trip to the middle east is in service of the country he is there for two reasons. a) to invite investment in to the country and b) to further Somalilands quest for international recognition.
