while you Somalia were under Italian colonianism
while Djibouti was under French coloniasim
while Somali Regional State of Etheopia was under Etheopia and still is
while Somalis in Kenya were under Kenya state and still are

and then president Maxamed Xaji ibrahim Cigal was the Somaliland president from 1993 to 2002.
