Things I Learned As I Got Old

Post by AbdiWahab252 »

Things I Learned As I Got Old:

1. People are scoundrels expect the worst.

2. Never invest in anything you can't operate or understand.

3. Take care of your body and it will be good to you.

4. Never chase money or the bitch will run fast away from you.

5. Have fun in your youth when life is simple, don't rush to grow up.

6. Friends are enemies you haven't discovered yet.

7. The sweeter and nicer your lover talks, the nastier the bite when things sour.

8. It is easier to be a critic than to provide solutions.

9. Don't have high expectations and you will not be disappointed.

10. Spend time with your folks and grandfolks because you never know if they may be around in the future.

AND of course, "Never love too much, eat too much or worry too much.

Walahi some sound advice man.

One thing I learnt personally is never rely on material things, other people or money to make you happy. You will always be let down. If you are not spirtually balanced, you will never be happy.
Have fun in your youth when life is simple, don't rush to grow up.
This one I can def relate to. I felt rushed to finish school, start a career etc and put loads of pressure on myself. Only to relaise I'm probably gonna work till i'm 70 and can even forge a nice career when I'm 40. Focusing too much on the paper chase makes u feel like ur youth passed you.

Being a real patriot does not mean supporting blindly warlord who hails from your tribe. I remember one you have lebeled some warloads as a national heroes and later denouced.

Truthful advice.

AW, dont take women too serious. They come and go, and they are replaceable.
Seek someone who is Godfearing, and not a woman oo kibir badan iyo is tus tus.

Rightwing,

One man's warlord is another man's wadaad :D

Nobleman,

What I would give to be 20 and a university student  Good times

Goljano,

My first love left me at age 12. I was never the same

Helwaa,

Hope for the best and prepare for the worst.

Hutuking01,

A good woman is rare to find. A good, pious, and humble woman, rarer.
