NATO Seeks the Disintegration of Libya

Senior Politician: NATO Seeks to Disintegrate Libya

TEHRAN: A senior Libyan politician warned of NATO's suspicious moves in his country, saying that the West is seeking to prolong the war in Libya in a bid to disintegrate the North African country to plunder its rich oil resources.

"We know that the NATO coalition seeks its own interests by prolonging the war and wants to divide the country into several parts, but the Libyan nation is opposed to this option," Secretary-General of Libya's National Movement Meftah Lamloum told FNA on Sunday.

Lamloum expressed his deep suspicion about NATO's goals in Libya, and cautioned that the western countries are seeking to plunder the country's rich oil resources.

He further opposed foreign military intervention in his country, and underlined that the crisis in Libya can only be settled by the Libyan people.
....
Many civilians have reportedly been killed since the Western coalition unleashed a major air campaign against the Libyan regime forces on March 19 under a UN no-fly zone mandate.

The Western military alliance has refused to apologize for the deadly bombardments.

Unfortunately, that is the sad truth for many conflicts in the Muslim world including us, Somalia.

The sad truth is also dabadhilifs that never seem to learn. Look at those rebels that seem to be so quick to thank Sarkozy and celebrate the death of Libyans. they think Sarkozy is the messiah.

The other day there was a guy making a charity collection of the victimes of Libya and as my younger brother was about to put some money in the box my eyes cough sight of that Banghazi flag and i had to violently pull his arm back before he reached the box with the money  Not that i oppose the victimes of "libya" been helped but not under that treacherous flag.

Good move Kukri. I have never seen people who can match the idiocy of these so-called Monarchies in Eastern Libya. Here they destroyed the peace and tranquility that existed in the one of the properous countries in the world, and put all their trust under a jo boy named Zarkosy. Unlike many rulers in Africa and the rest of the Muslim world, Qaddafi did share the wealth of his country to his people, and here they are today getting handouts from UN

I think Qaddafi is beating them in their own game. There was a huge conference in Tripoli where all of the tribal chiefs of Libya where the opposing clans asked a clemency for the rebels in return for them to give up the war. There is some good movements going there.
