There are over 350 billion stars in our very own milky way galaxy. add that to the billions of galaxies in the observable universe. its very likely they are many planets that are very similar in size as our own planet.

Size is a different issue from habitability of a planet. I wanted to emphasize the special place planet earth occupies among planets. Earth was chosen deliberately to sustain life in plain-speak. That is why it is different and has no equal in all aspects.
