I would say many aspects of Somali culture is the problem.

Bro im going to be president in the future. Im going to invade Ethiopia, secure Ogaden. Put the Afar miniority in charge over the rest of the country. Then we move forward and invade Kenya and take back NFD! Then we destabalize the whole of Kenya. We throw the white miniority in the farmland from the country, and we take the farmland and use Kenyan bantu as farmworkers, the food will be sent to feed our soldiers stationed in various places in the horn. We will then move on to invade Yemen by using our air force and since that country is in turmoil, we will have good target practise with the people and bomb the whole city to the ground even the military bases. From there we plan for our "10 year plan" to take over Mecca and medina and secure the OIL
