inheretance verse is from suura al nizaaa, it says divide inherent wealth 1/3 females and 2/3 males .

My good friend yalaxoow. Either follow Islam and its laws, or don't follow it at all. Dont try and justify your kufrinimo. It is danbi if you believe what you are doing is Xaraan. If you think this action is OK islamically, then you have left Islam. And this goes for alcohol, zina etc.

There are also examples of this. Allah SWT himself says that, if he abrogates something, he brings something new that will suit a new situation better. The quran and sunnah were flexible like that.
