I just saw some devastating pictures from the aftermath of that devastating massive tornado.... and it seems you guys are more interested in never ending tribal feud in faraway somalia.

Well "faraway"Somalia is more closer to me ethnicly and geographicly. It takes a long time from Sweden to US, instead of Sweden to Somalia.

my point was unlike any other ethnic group somalis are so unattached to their host nations - as if they are not part of the society. Vast majority of you will die outside of somalia and your local municipality affairs are more important to you than (again) faraway somalia feuds

brother, there are two types of disasters: natural and man-made.

the very disastrous and unfortunate situation is Somalia is man made. brothers killing each other for nothing won't draw the natural reaction of feeling pity from a lot of people. what's going on in Somalia is not a natural but a man-made disaster.

what happened in Joplin, MO, is a natural disaster which caused great harm in just less than a minute. it killed many people, including children and the elderly. as a human being, my natural reaction is feeling sorry for them. it is not for me to judge what they would have thought if i was in similar situation or if they had cared the situation in Somalia. it is not relevant.
