How come NONE of Puntland's Military Parades from the past ever had Military Vehicles and weaponry involved? Only MEN with no guns doing the march.

Why is that?

President Siyaad Barre was in POWER less than 15 years, when his MILITARY PARADES were like this....while Somaliland existed for 20 years, and their Parades is held in Alleyways.
