I always prefered standard somali and was never a fan of dialects. Xuu sheegay, xee sheegtay, gaw, naw jaw ha ila imaanin.

I can't imagine any Somali man being romantic, its just not in our culture. How would it sound?

I suggest you use another word than soft :lol: actually maybe your right they do seem like a bunch of softies lol.
Lets leave the Xamar accent to the girls, even though I can barely understand a word it sounds XAAX :P

I prefer the regular standard Somali, I find shukansi in Somali xaax lol

MOM has a point, Somali guys aren't really romantic.

Boqorada it seems we have a lot more in common than previously thought: we joined this site within a few weeks of each other; we have nearly the same amount of posts; and we are both from Harge... sorry I meant Awaare/Dhagaxbuur :mrgreen:
