Of course! every tiny maamul will be recognized, who cares let them kill each other, let them fragment into parts called "Lands"...That is what the enemy of Somalis will want. As a matter of fact they will arm every group to their teeth..Kill each other and wipe each other, then that beautiful, rich country will be on sale....
