How many consecutive push ups can you do? Right now I can do 40..,try to do 200 a day..

i'm lucky if i do 10

maximum is 40..
but my over extended beer belly calool keeps hitting the ground.

do three sets of 40 every 48 hours.

Keeps my chest firm.

lol.. if you keep it up for two weeks you will be able to do more trust me with push ups is all about practice.

im out of shape, i wont even try.

im unhealthy skinny. need to eat more first.

This guy broke the record by doing 3000 push up in a day. He use to let prison officers lay on his back and do push ups.

172 press-ups in 60 seconds and 94 press-ups in 30 seconds

And to do 50 pushups at the end of the workout before hitting the shower. Nothing more is needed actually.
