Le boob-cam: French lady uses hidden lens to catch passers-by ogling her... buttons

Ladies, if you've ever wondered what a man is thinking then a cheekily enterprising Frenchwoman may have a little help for you.

The media-savvy Parisienne clearly thinks that her countrymen have just one thing on her mind and set out to prover her point with a hidden camera.

Revealing her plan to the camera in her bathroom mirror, she hides the lens on a red and white striped cardigan with a suitably plunging neckline.

Disguising it as a black button just below her breasts, she then proceeds to show the men of Paris from a boobs-eye view.

Then, to the soundtrack of Suspicious Character by Californian rock band The Blood Arm, she takes to the streets of Paris.
In the ensuing video she records the number of 'looks' in the top corner of the screen alongside the words 'Bon a tirer' - roughly translated as 'good to pull'.

The lady gets the reaction she is looking for all over the city; on the streets, in shops, at a news kiosk and in a cafe until she has racked up 30 hits.
Among the more comic moments are her second catch who enjoys the view with a Roger Moore-style raised eyebrow.

But more uncomfortable moments come when she enters a taxi and the driver adjusts his mirror, seemingly so he can get a better view.

While stationary in the taxi a motorcyclist who pulls up alongside the car ogles her through the window.


A particularly squirm-inducing moment arrives when she is in a lift and two men standing in front of her drop their eye levels to stare at very close range.

Finally, she catches one persistent man clocking her three times, looking once as he first passes her and then craning his head around twice more as he walks away.

You can argue the merit of some of her 'pulls' - a few could be interpreted as no more than cursory glances in her direction - and there is always the possibility that some are just suspicious of the hidden camera.

But enough of her admirers are caught blatantly staring to - a the very least - reinforce a few stereotypes about men and - at the very worst - show the sort of casual sexism that women have to endure every day.
