Even sharif and farmaajo are not on the same ideological level, one is pro-shariah islamist(sh.dalxis), the other one is pro-western law.

Abdirahman Abdishakur is Habar Gidir/Cayr and was part of ARS/Djibouti with Sheikh Sharif and Sharif Hassan. He entered the parliament through the extra 200+ given to Sheikh Sharif and became a minister during Omar Abdirashid. Him and other ARS ministers like Fowzia, Hamza Burci, Juriile, etc were all snubbed by Farmaajo in the new cabinet composed of technocrats and since they have composed the core of the Sharif Hassan group.

I don't know anything about him personally but Ciyaal_Warta says he knew him when he was a refugee in Malaysia and he is the biggest tribalist and least nationalistic person out there. I remember reading one time that he joined the ARS-Djibouti and made way into Somalia while his asylum application in the UK was still being processed and when they found out, they rejected his application.

Cabdiraxmaan Cabdishakuur is the illiterate former minister of "international relations" under Cumar Cabdirashiid. The same guy who was accused of selling Somali territorial waters around Kismaayo to the Kenyans.
