TARZAN should insist the TFG give 70% of all taxes raised in Benadir to his administration. Why should the people of Benadir support homeless MPs and politicians who can not go to their home provinces ? Why should it fund the politicians whose provinces don't share funds with the central government. Worse of all, these TFG scumbags never denounce the AMISOM massacres of the Benadiris.

TARZAN needs to step up and exert more authority than Sheik sharif character who can't even venture to his old hangouts in N. Mogadishu.
