Its not about ilkoyar.
But i get the feeling that the non-HG hutus in xamar are more obedient/loyal to dooro pm/presidents than to hutu pm/presidents.
When ina yeey was president, the people in xamar were pro-him. But with c/qaasim and sh.sharif, they are anti-dowlad.

Corruption, I know you are blinded by one word in there but the gist of the editorial is Somalia has reached a watershed moment in the civil. It has made a wide arc and came back full circle. Basically it is saying we have reached closure, after this point is a new dawn of sense of unity and shared nationhood.
