I haven't heard any word coming from them. Or the people in those area's controlled by them, not that I expect it. But, other than the suicide bombing that happened, what else have they done. And how will they react to the people?

They will react exactly how they are told to react. Agents wait for direction then act up on it. just like Ali-dheere the spokesperson for al-kabaab couldn't provide enough detail about the bombing even though he want to take credit for it. His answer was i will get back to you about the deatails, which translate as...i will find out what's going on then relay the gossip back to you.
