Is it true that it was in april 1980 that the Issaq leadership in Somalia dicided to return Somalilands nationhood?

was SNM always having plans about sesseion?

I know it was around 1980 that many Issaq families left Mogadishu and moved outside the country.... so they could figth the Somaliweyn regime...... and I know many Issaq people contributed with alot of money to the SNM, civlians in Somaliland teels that SNM used to say " Issaq is getting their own country" in the 1980s..... can anybody answer my questions?

By listning to Sahra Halgans love songs from the 1980s I can teel that Issaq really hated Somalia her songs about love can also be used in politics ways... she sings that if you work hard you will get what you want in life, its not about love.... but about getting a indepedent Issaq nation! and your guys did it
