Most cow's milk has measurable quantities of herbicides, pesticides, dioxins (up to 200 times the safe levels), up to 52 powerful antibiotics (perhaps 53, with LS-50), blood, pus, feces, bacteria and viruses. (Cow's milk can have traces of anything the cow ate... including such things as radioactive fallout from nuke testing ... (the 50's strontium-90 problem).

I can't bring myself to drink anymore milk after reading this and some other articles i found on the net. If you don't drink milk what to you substitute it with? Do you avoid all dairy products? Do you drink soy milk? I just want to have more info. Thanks in advance.

There are lots of options for people in your predicament.
Soy, Rice, Almond milk and etc
Personally I would suggest that you try almond milk if you are not allergic to nuts that is.

The tap water in which you bathe daily is recycled waste. The food you eat is fertilised by cow manure. Everything and everywhere is crawling with bacteria. If you wanna keep yourself absolutely pure and speckless you might do well not to bathe or eat or put your willy in a beauty's you-know-what. Welcome to the messy world.

The poor animal's udur becomes so deformed from excess milking, it sags and the nipples dip into it's own feces.

I don't drink it but UK supermarkets stock goat's milk less demand for it hence higher quality. Alternatively join the Nido family.

I use powder never tried Soya stuff. Avoid the mad cow disease as some of it's blood gets into the milk. I wonder if that then raises a question over it's halaal.
