lol i buy things even older ones or just give them money and tell them to buy whatever they want, but this one is 6.

i dont celebrate but we remind each other and have special breakfast or lunch or dinner (depends time of the day one born) that day they treated differently and special. it's us kids who do that, my parents dont object it tho.

Treating them differently it is not like celebrating their bday. Yes I know there is some sort of celebration on their first year, slaughtering animal and stuff. The prophet (saw)'s sunnah says nothing about him doing differently on his bday so why the innovation? I just find it weird how a lot of muslims give each other presents on this day. It is not imitating the non-muslims? Sorry this is not a attack on you but im talking in general. i guess living with non-muslims played its part.

this flag was raised in hargeisa before the italian trustee territory of Somalia had it's Independence 5 days later.

it was first raised the north somalia .. hargeysa . laascaaonood etc

the the italians left .. so it was raised also in rest of somalia
