This dude plagiarised his doctorate thesis. The way he talks says alot too

^^I actually downloaded his thesis while ago and was intending on reading it before the whole cheating story surfaced,talking about the role of civil society in democacy and ish.he should have been called saif-al qish instead of saif- al islaam
