You do not have to be Isaaq to be a somalilander. People in the above video are not Isaaq

but they are your cousins
The former president of Somaliland Dahir Riyaale was not Isaaq

The blue flag is not flying over the capital city or the somaliland (big land ) they control the Isaaq people you are talking about
