My mom did

damn im proud of her

she lived in tent somewhere in the middle of no where in somalia
.. sometimes even snakes and all kind of animals came into their small huts

and they got the educated somalis also .

Yes and she was made to wear pants and no scarf just a little knit head cover. She said the religious girls put two on so they could hide as much hair as possible but when the generals find out they used to pull it off. Talk about Muslim country.

Plus, Xalane was about 2 - 3 K's from where I lived for about 5 years. Xalane is in Madina district, Mogadishu; near the beach.

I know where xalane is but I have never heard of Somali Military Service being located in that area.
