KOW, if a referendum (UN supervised) was held in somaliland then yes to your question.

note: actually the ssc community in sanaag are very few (jidali and few families in ceerigaabo) and are not involved politically. Somaliland currently controls all of western and central sool PL controls the far eastern portion.

Somalilanders, like the one above, do not realize their inherent hypocrisy. They want to have self determination for their "country", but they also want to deny that right to the other Somali groups who want nothing to do with their foolish attempts to breakoff.

So, what gives you the right to NOT have a Referendum for your separation and self-determination, but WE (Awdal, SSC and Makhir) have to have "UN supervised Referendum"?

So, what gives you the right to have your Isaaq militia in areas that belong to the aforementioned clans?

Shouldn't the SNM militia be in their respected territories and wait for a UN-Referendum, like you suggested? You're being a aggressive force, violating the Clan Treaties of peaceful coexistence that was signed in 1991.

I actually can't believe i'm taking the time to reply to your topic KOW, but I have to wonder why, why anyone in the forum would actually want converse with you. The formation of this new country was announced about six months ago, it was a done deal to so wtf type of support does North Sudan need from anyone in this matter. Everyone including the north politicians have come in terms with this so what are on about. There is no Somali convoy going to Bashir showing support because that is pointless.
