May Allah have mercy on those that are suffering in the Horn of Africa.
One other thing is this issue is manufactured and when the western Media starts to show empathy and sympathy on this issue its more of crocodile tears.
You have to understand that the Western Charity organisations are just doing their Coporate role.
If the west actually wanted to help Somalia they wouldnt have meddled with it to begin with.
Just look its a months since they Kicked out Farmajo.
Then after kicking him out they announce about this tragedy.
They bloody new that Farmajo would use this to create some form of semblace.
I really hate it when our folks are shown like as if its a Zoo.
To solve something you need to address the roots not the leaves.

Re: The somali drought/ famine
I proposed that in another topic but Voltage started to cry and now he's parading a White TV star all over to forum in protest.The_Patriot wrote:To solve something you need to address the roots not the leaves.
All I said was that there should be a drive to start building wells and hydraulic pipes in rural places - because this is a drought after all and there's water in the ground for idiots who may not know. Now the whole forum is up in arms that I dare speak about solutions.
This forum is dominated by 30 year old men who think like 15 year old females, pure emotion and no logic.
These same idiots will accuse me of turning a blind eye when I'm the only member of this forum studying anything relevant to stopping a famine while they prance about with their nursing degrees and shit. Irony at its finest.

Re: The somali drought/ famine
No one is perfect so is Voltage.
But I do respect him. Due to the fact that over the years he has never used the demeaning word " Canabore" to joke about the plight of the Ogaden refugees.
As for the celebrities fuck them they are always pretend to care just to boost their popularity among the masses.
They take orphans from Africa and claim they adopt while its just part of a away to captivate the audience like I have a new poodle.
If they truely cared they would have sponsored alot of orphanages in their respective countries.
I mean taking ophans from their natural state(homeland) and refusing their parents from ever meeting them and only visting them once in a blue moon while being take care of by nannies.
I mean Love cannot be bought with money.
