I am not from somaliland nor do i have any relatives from Somaliland. But justice states that the way things are in South Somalia that Somaliland should and must be given recognition with the support of all somali's all over the world.
These past twenty years, somaliland has proved, especially with the integration of SSC that the country is based on nationalism rather than qabil.
Somaliland is a democratic nation of multiple clans who live mutually and equally all as Somaliland citizens, in peace.

Would we lose out in Somalilands recognition?
No, rather i believe that a strong independent Somaliland would be positive for the future stability of remaining Somalia. I don't believe that Somaliland would forget about us after having recognition but they would do everything that they can to stop outsiders whether they be Gaalo or terrorist from continuing to burn the hope and dreams of South Somalia.

This is what Somaliland is currently doing especially with this new administration but still pushing hard for recognition.

Somaliland isn't asking for ictiraaf from Somalia. Those are Somaliland regions.

Why should they move from their lands?

If you respect the Colonial Borders so much, maybe you should move to London, Rome or Paris.

Yeah I think they should be recognized as well. The SSC issue could easily be resolved with a referendum.
