Holding any peace talks within Somalia instead of Nairobi or Kampala was a victory delivered by the TFG not Faroole. There is greater symbolic significance in holding the conference in Moqadishu. If Moqadishu is the seat of power holding the coference anywhere else would not serve the main purpose of the conference.
