Lets say OIL is discovered in Some Somali Regions! why do all Somalis expect it belongs to all of them? when regions with..

large ports or Airports do not share the the income from the ports with any other.
Agriculture do not give free food to others dying of hunger. (especially the ones in their regions)

and so on...

You get what you give.

Each region should use it's wealth for it's development & people & only pay tax to the Federal Government or we should share everything..

First time I agree with BG.

Anyway, Puntland doesn't even have the power to share the oil with, say, Bakool or Muqdisho even if it wanted to, as there's no government or maamul to hand it to and a highway in Bakool doesn't serve any Puntland citizen.

However, I don't think anyone in the south or as far as Awdal expects to see a penny of oil from Bari or Nugaal for example. But, a lot of people from other regions, like Hiiraan-based farmers or Hargeisa-based businessmen, will profit, so the money won't stay inside Puntland alone. Eventually all Somalis will flock there anyway.
