Why is there a Djibouti flag, Somalia flag and Somaliland flag, yet I failed to see a Puntland flag in Smilies. Why was it excluded?

Somalis will complain about everything. Before we know it Hiiraan State, Galmudug, Jubbaland, Azania, Makhirland etc. will be asking for their flags to added to the smilies page as well.
