This is just based on web ranking (mostly based on the university's website and published material).

It has nothing to do with the quality of the university.

NO,NO, my friend they are very smart, that would of course raise eyebrows if mogadisco was numero uno ahead of south africa egypt kenya etc, so in a carefully orchestrated and premeditated move, they chose number 29 which many people would fall for
