If Internet existed 100 years ago

Imagine if Internet existed decades ago. The Cold War would have been interesting with the Soviet propaganda vs American propaganda 
Also, during Colonial times, WW1 & WW2, Hitler suicide, JFK, MLK, Vietnam. 1984 Ethiopian famine etc etc.
The colonial times would be interesting.
