Oil Reserves by Region (Map + Table)

Post by Monk-of-Mogadishu »

According to Conoco's information, this is the estimated reserves of the 3 major oil regions (Xolxol, Ufeyn, and Garowe). I've included the locations of the 3 blocks to their corresponding districts; Nogal (Xolxol), Darin (Ufeyn), and Kalis (Garowe). These are not the only oil blocks, there are other big ones across both basins (Nugaal & Dharoor) that were not fully explored.

Xolxol - 691 million barrels
Ufeyn - 1.45 billion barrels
Garowe - 2.45 billion barrels

Your figures look fake, SOURCE ???

Also, there no such thing as XolXol Town in Somalia, the name of the Town is called HolHol - SSC Somalia. Ask people from SSC Region, they know their towns and region.

Oil can be found in many palces in Somalia, Borame in Awdal Region, Berbara in Somaliland Region, HolHol near Las Anod in SSC Region, Galgala in Maakhir Region, Garowe in Puntland Region, and the coast between Marka and Kismayo in South Somalia

Add up the numbers and you'll come to my figures. Green is Garowe, Blue is Holhol, and Red is Ufeyn.

I don't care where else in Somalia oil is found and its not my concern. I'm just using the sources that Conoco gave since they're the only ones who had conclusive research and data. My source is directly from Conoco oil corporation, the people who went down to look for oil in the 1980s, all of the data belongs to them.

Bari is a shared Region between Maakhirland and Puntland, like Mudug region is shared between Galmudug and Puntland, and like Togdheer region is shared between SSC andd Somaliland.

The reason why there is conflict in Galgala and Majiyahan is because of the Oil, Minerals and other Resources.

^ I would advise you to stay out of PL business. Warsangeli do not need you to speak for them, they are 100% Puntland-supporters. Focus on your imaginary SSC-land and stop making up fake maamuls for other people.

Where did you get that idea?

Bari is shared in terms of settlement but Bari is completely under Puntland Administrations. Plus, Oil will not be drilled in Galgala so what does Makhir and galgala have to do with anything?

What did I claim about Holhol, the title doesn't even have the word "Puntland" in it. Paranoia is a bad thing, I guess that's what happens when you are weak. This is about oil reserves, and the data presented those 3 locations so I posted them.

1. No, not even close.
2. 7 Provinces (Mudug, Bari, Nugaal, Sool, Sanaag, Cayn, Kaarkar [Bari sub-division])
3. I'm sure there are tons of MJ traditional dances and whatnot, but its confined to the older generation, you won't get good answers from young people who were probably raised in Xamar like you.
