annoying neighbors..

my upstairs neighbors are heffalumps. I kid you not, its constantly stomp stomp. its only a mother and her 17 year old daughter. sometimes, I could hear them fighting, running around and slamming doors. it's all beginning to drive me crazy. My question is how do I approach her about it? I am thinking of complaining to the management but don't really want them to get eviction notice. I guess, since the holly ramadan is around the corner, I have to be nice.

Why don't u just go to them and ask nicely say, that u can hear the noise from upstairs and if they could please try to keep it down

my neibours are jamaicans or some kind of Caribbeans and they always blastin reggae music in the afternoon, i dont even know if they work or go to school, cuz they always around. ofcourse their not as bad as the indians on the other side, nosy bastards.

I rather deal with a noisy neighbor than a neighbor who constantly begs for sugar and eggs and simple stuff, worse part about it, they always send there 3 yr daughter to get the stuff, normally if I'm not home you can see the daughter knocking on other people's doors asking for the samething until she gets what she was told to get.

It would cool if we were on terms like that but when my neighbors moved in, they hardly ever gave me an eye contact let a lone said anything, but now its like, they feel the need to constantly knock on my door. I don't mind giving them simple stuff, but it gets annoying, and also I think they should stop sending a three yr old to do their arons. Who know's that child might end up getting kidnapped one of these days, I'm thinking of calling child services on their ass if this shit continues.
