Should Ramadan be pushed to August 2nd?

Seeing as PL's 13th anniversary is coming up this Monday August 1st, its a bit inconvenient for Ramadan to just pop up during our establishment anniversary date. Should the state push Ramadan a day further? Other states like Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Iran among many others are known to push Ramadan and Eid dates around, it should be no issue if 30 days will still be observed by the population. The state should not have to push the anniversary celebration to July 31st, they should do it on August 1st and place Ramadan start on the 2nd.

Discuss and vote. I'll see if a relative in PL can pass this memo to the local cooperation committees.

Ramadan is before anything. The best puntlanders can do is fast, and make duas for puntland. Inshallah our prayers will be answered
