Do you guys think more blacks in New Orleans will due to this policy by the the Gov of Luisiana...

President Bush today recommended a "zero tolerance" policy towards looters. "Food, water, plasma TV's, it's all the same.
Its okey for Cracka Bush to loot other countries billion dollar national resources, but its not okey for poor black New Orleans to steal water and food so that they could feed their starving families....
